For a Fashion & Luxury Brand based in Rome we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager

Posizione

Responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns across all categories. Ensuring all teams are pulled into various stages of the process – brand, digital, trade and product, and that there is consistency and synergy with all channel owners.

What you will be doing:

  • Ownership and execution of the cross channel marketing calendar in alignment with the product and promotional plan
  • Delivery of impactful, integrated and effective multichannel marketing campaigns, on time and within budget
  • Define and agree campaign objectives and KPIs including but not limited to brand awareness and positioning, traffic and revenue, new customer acquisition and retention/loyalty/frequency of purchase
  • Ensure a 360 approach to campaign planning – Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Team to set objectives and brief to the brand marketing teams on clear actions, awareness across a key area or customer segment
  • Create and oversee brand marketing plans globally
  • Ensure activity is planned across all key trading dates from large-scale ‘brand-moments’ to seasonal campaigns (e.g. Spring, Autumn/Winter), to bank holidays and occasions (e.g. Easter, Valentines), to ad hoc localised events and support for brand partners
  • Relates marketing approach to the size of the opportunity e.g. if an elevated gallery or collection/brand has a significant depth and commercial opportunity what is the 360 marketing approach
  • Analyse consumer behaviour to determine customer profiles
  • Consider different customer segments in marketing – always asking who we are speaking to and how
  • Support and implement advertising campaigns to drive key collection/brand and seasonal launches
  • Work alongside the creative, product, ecommerce and studio teams to manage all imagery shown across all brand channels, ensuring continuity and a seamless customer journey across all touch points
  • Ensure brand tone of voice and language is consistent across all brand channels from site to emails, website, social media and packaging
  • Manage the briefing and end to end delivery of all partnerships from brand to product and talent collaborations
  • Reporting alongside the finance department to analyse all marketing activity to report, review and identify weaknesses
  • Directly manages the Brand functions Social Media, Influencer Marketing and PR
  • Own partnership marketing, identifying and building relationships with third party brands to pitch media and campaign opportunities to secure additional revenue and investment for the business

Requisiti

Ability to manage multichannel marketing plans and achieve success through cross functional working both within the marketing team and across the wider business

  • Ability manage significant yearly marketing budget and be comfortable making regular changes as and when desired by the company
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all key business departments: Buying & Merchandising, E-commerce, Brand and Digital Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of all projects
  • Experience in a brand and/or marketing role, preferably within high-turnover online fashion or retail business
  • Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience within an international retailer desirable
  • Ability to lead and develop leadership skills within the Team
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
